MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Desired Skills:
• Drive cost, schedule, and technical excellence for the assigned Control Account.
• Authorize and validate all work assignments, documentation, and commitments tied to the Control Account.
• Serve as the primary accountable partner to the Program Manager for delivering superior Control Account performance.
• EVMS Experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and baseline planning to support portfolio objectives.
- Develop variance explanations and monitor schedule and cost performance, including the annual CEAC.
- Prepare and deliver leadership briefings and review work authorization documents (WADs).
- Proactively coordinate budget spread and accurate headcount needs with leadership and teammates.
- Own technical, schedule, and cost performance of assigned control accounts.
