Software Engineer React

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Software Engineer (Level 4) with strong expertise
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Project Delivery
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
2. Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes and team efficiency.
• Implement best practices in web development, UI design, and code quality.
• Support Agile development cycles and CI/CD workflows.
3. Collaboration & Communication
• Communicate regularly with leadership regarding project status, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX designers, and program stakeholders.
• Provide proactive updates and technical recommendations.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of web development experience (Level 3 may be considered with less experience).
Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Redux for state management.
• Solid understanding of React fundamentals including:
o Functional components
o Hooks
o Context API
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and user interaction principles.
Clearance Requirement
• Active Secret Security Clearance (mandatory before start).
