Indotronix is seeking an :Technical Editor and Writer 3, Elkridge Maryland.
Secret Active Must
Bachelor's Degree in STEM
WORK SHIFT: 1st Shift (9/80A)
Responsibilities:
• Write, edit, and maintain technical publications for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of sensors/systems
• Gather and compile information from engineering, contractual, and technical sources
• Develop documentation in compliance with military standards and specifications
• Produce content in page-based, electronic, and structured formats (HTML, XML, SGML)
• Collaborate with engineers, writers, and team members to deliver accurate documentation
• Perform quality reviews and ensure documentation accuracy and consistency
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or 7+ years of relevant military experience
• U.S. citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work in varying environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• 10+ years of technical writing experience
• Experience with military standards and specifications
• Ability to obtain higher-level clearance
• Background as a military instructor is a pl
