Senior Projects Operations Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Sr Projects Operations Manager to join our vehicle sustainment team in Kuwait. The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project or series of smaller projects or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements.
• Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
• Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
• Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9 years OR 15 years of related Project Management experience.
• Must pass a deployment physical examination.
• Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver's License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least on year beyond the start date.
• Must be able to meet all government CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) requirements for foreign travel into operational locations; Travel to hostile areas is required.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
• Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
• Must be able to work in high noise areas.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
