Duties
Help

• You will be responsible for providing direct technical assistance, instructions, and guidance to subordinates and outside agencies in all matters pertaining to housing.
• You will be responsible for directing the work and daily operations of the Personnel Support Section.
• You will be responsible for all matters pertaining to the Personnel Support Section, including military entitlement, the Coordinator Section, the Housing Referral Section, and Customer Service section
• You will be responsible for utilizing the Enterprise Military Housing Computer Program.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in planning, designing, and carrying out programs/projects; performing standard housing management functions; and resolving issues related to vacancies and turnover.

Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
