Position Overview:
ANSER is seeking a Discovery and Collection Specialist to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role you will develop and execute multi-intelligence (multi-INT), multi-source collection strategies to address complex intelligence challenges while advising stakeholders across the Intelligence Community (IC). You will lead end-to-end GEOINT collection activities, analyze system performance, and support integration of current and future capabilities across the GEOINT enterprise.
This role requires full-time onsite work in Springfield, VA. This position is not open to hybrid or remote work.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-INT, multi-source collection strategies to support GEOINT mission objectives
- Create, manage, and adjudicate collection requirements, tasking, and dissemination processes
- Analyze GEOINT system performance data and provide recommendations to improve collection effectiveness
- Collaborate with analysts and mission partners to deconstruct intelligence problems and develop collection approaches
- Facilitate integration of current and future GEOINT systems through meetings, training sessions, and briefings
- Troubleshoot collection systems and processes to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Track system progression and provide updates on status, milestones, and performance to stakeholders
- Advise leadership and mission partners on GEOINT capabilities, priorities, and enterprise integration strategies
- Participate in working groups, exercises, and engagements supporting joint and Intelligence Community initiatives
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of collection activities across distributed teams
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
- 5+ years of experience supporting GEOINT collection, analysis, or collection management activities
- Demonstrated knowledge of the GEOINT Community, including collection management structures and National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) tools
- Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS)
- Knowledge of GEOINT tasking, collection processes, and dissemination protocols
- Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities
- Knowledge of multi-INT collection sources and capabilities
- Experience coordinating with Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (F) and/or Collections (C)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with service-enabled capabilities such as Representational State Transfer (REST) services or geospatial visualization platforms
- Experience supporting Combatant Command (COCOM) or Service-level exercises
- Familiarity with collection, analysis, information technology architecture, acquisition, or operations research disciplines
- Strong communication skills supporting collaboration across distributed teams
- Ability to adapt to evolving mission priorities and operational environments
