Overview
We are seeking a System Integration Engineer to support a critical Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program within the Missile Defense System (MDS). This role focuses on integrating hardware and software into both test and operational environments while supporting system validation, troubleshooting, and mission-critical integration activities.

Overview
We are seeking a System Integration Engineer to support a critical Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program within the Missile Defense System (MDS). This role focuses on integrating hardware and software into both test and operational environments while supporting system validation, troubleshooting, and mission-critical integration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate C2BMC hardware and software into testbeds and operational systems
- Perform full system checkouts across virtual machines, networks, and message flows
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues across MDS components
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and Problem Reports (PRs)
- Partner with development teams to provide technical feedback and issue resolution
- Create and enhance scripts to extract and analyze log data
- Perform detailed analysis of system input/output and internal message traffic
- Support system operations during integration events and test activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including government stakeholders and National Team partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field
- 3+ years of experience in system integration, system administration, or similar technical role
- Experience with one or more of the following: Networking, Linux, Windows environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed or virtualized systems
- Experience analyzing logs, network configurations, and system interfaces
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Missile Defense Agency (MDA) systems or similar environments
- Familiarity with C2BMC integration and testing
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Experience managing system capabilities, features, and Problem Reports
Additional Information
- Position is 100% onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
- Occasional off-hours support may be required based on test events
