Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Facility Maintenance Manager to support secure, mission-critical operations at Creech AFB. This role serves as the primary point of contact for facility operations within a classified environment supporting advanced Air Force programs. Location: Creech Air Force Base, NV

Responsibilities for Facility Maintenance Manager:
- Manage and coordinate maintenance, repair, and sustainment of facility infrastructure and systems
- Conduct interior and exterior inspections (HVAC, utilities, structural components, data/server rooms)
- Oversee security systems, access controls, and safety equipment
- Liaise with government personnel, contractors, and base support agencies
- Support physical security, fire safety, and risk mitigation programs
Qualifications for Facility Maintenance Manager:
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
- SAP eligibility
- Experience with interior and exterior maintenance (HVAC, utilities, structural components, data/server rooms)
Compensation for Facility Maintenance Manager:
- Pay Range: $700,000 - $100,000 (based on years of experience and education)
- Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 2+ weeks PTO and 11 Federal Holidays
