Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to support secure, mission-critical operations at Creech Air Force Base, NV. This full-time, on-site role serves as the primary point of contact for facility operations within a classified environment supporting advanced Air Force programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing facilities within DoD or Air Force environments and be comfortable operating under strict security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily maintenance, repair, and sustainment of facility infrastructure and systems.
- Conduct routine interior and exterior facility inspections, including HVAC, utilities, structural components, and data/server rooms.
- Oversee facility security systems, access controls, and safety equipment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between government personnel, contractors, and base support agencies.
- Support physical security, fire safety, and risk mitigation programs.
- Manage government-owned assets and maintain accurate facility inventory records.
- Coordinate facility improvement projects, minor construction efforts, and space planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with DoD, Air Force, and installation-level regulations and standards.
- Maintain Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) and support scheduled and unscheduled inspections with Civil Engineering, Fire, and Safety offices.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required with SAP eligibility.
- Experience managing facilities or maintenance operations in a classified DoD or Air Force environment.
- Strong knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, utilities, structural components, and secure spaces.
- Familiarity with physical security, life-safety, and risk management practices.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a highly secure and regulated environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Security Requirements:
- Strict adherence to OPSEC, COMSEC, and physical security protocols.
- Prior DoD or Air Force experience strongly preferred.
Work Environment:
- Full-time, on-site role at Creech Air Force Base supporting sensitive Air Force missions.
Compensation:
- Pay: $75,000 (based on years of applicable experience)
