We're looking for an experienced,Security Communications Center Specialist, to join our SOC National Intelligence Division team!
The Security Communications Center (SCC) Specialist supports the 24/7 communications center, dispatch, and real-time monitoring services in support of secure government facilities. SCC personnel receive, process, and route emergency and non-emergency calls; monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems; coordinate responses with officers and first responders; and maintain accurate communications and incident records. Duties are performed in accordance with government directives, established dispatch protocols, and site-specific procedures.
Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. A CI Polygraph is acceptable pending receipt of a Full-Scope Polygraph, consistent with contract requirements and government approval.
U.S. or Naturalized citizenship is required.
This position is contingent upon contract award. This role will be on site at Camp Williams, UT.
As the Security Communications Center Specialist, here's the work you'll do:
• Monitor and operate security communication systems, including cameras, alarm panels, access control systems, and electronic surveillance tools; identify and report security anomalies in real time.
• Receive, process, and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls, relaying accurate, time-sensitive information to police, fire, medical, and security personnel in accordance with established dispatch protocols.
• Respond to and coordinate alarm events (burglary, trespass, unauthorized entry, life safety), track officer deployment, and provide continuous situational updates until incident resolution.
• Manage radio communications, monitor officer status, respond to requests for assistance, and escalate critical transmissions following site procedures.
• Maintain detailed incident, alarm, and dispatch records, including call times, officer arrival, system activations, notifications, and resolution details in government-approved systems.
• Support overall Communications Center operations by conducting alarm resets, performing routine system checks, issuing emergency notifications, assisting team members, and completing required training and recertification.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
• Ability to receive, relay, and prioritize time-sensitive information accurately under pressure.
• Strong situational awareness and ability to monitor multiple communication channels, alarms, and surveillance systems simultaneously.
• Competence in using radio systems, CAD/dispatch software, alarm systems, and electronic monitoring platforms.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound, timely decisions during emergency situations.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills when interacting with officers, first responders, and facility personnel.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 25 lbs., and meet government vision/hearing and physical fitness requirements.
• Capacity to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate, real-time documentation.
• Ability to receive, relay, and prioritize time-sensitive information accurately under pressure.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the hourly pay range for this role is $22.25 - $29.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
