We are seeking a highly experienced TS cleared Lead integrator/Site Lead to drive the seamless integration of people, processes, tools, and technology across the on-site mission support and system integration environment. This role provides critical operational oversight, strategic coordination, and day-to-day leadership to ensure all workstreams operate as a cohesive, high-performing organization in support of mission execution, secure system integration, and sustained customer operations. 

​The Lead Integrator / Site Lead serves as the primary on-site focal point for coordinating engineering, integration, sustainment, cybersecurity, test, infrastructure, field support, and customer-facing activities. This individual ensures the organization functions as a unified team across development, integration, test, experimental, and operational environments, supporting superior customer responsiveness, mission readiness, disciplined execution, and strong program stewardship. 

​This role is responsible for aligning site activities to technical baselines, release schedules, operational priorities, and customer requirements while maintaining visibility into risks, dependencies, performance metrics, and team execution. The Site Lead must be able to influence across organizational boundaries, build consensus among internal and external stakeholders, and ensure mission support activities are performed with rigor, responsiveness, and accountability.

​Basic Qualifications: 
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field with 15 – 20 years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 13 – 16 years of prior relevant experience. ​Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Active and current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
  • ​Experienced professional with defense field operations, mission support, systems integration, sustainment, site operations, or technical program execution background; experience serving in a role that required broad coordination and influence across multiple teams. 
  • ​Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority, build consensus, drive cross-functional initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders across government and contractor organizations. 
  • ​Strong experience coordinating activities across engineering, operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, test, and sustainment functions. 
  • ​Demonstrated ability in data-driven decision making, using metrics, operational insight, and objective evidence to improve execution, readiness, and mission performance. 
  • ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating complex technical and operational issues for a variety of audiences, including customers, leadership, and technical teams. 
  • ​Experience supporting work governed by structured release, baseline, and change control processes. 
  • ​Familiarity with technical and operational activities in highly controlled or regulated environments. 
  • ​Experience managing priorities, resolving issues, and coordinating execution in fast-paced, customer-facing mission environments.

Desired Skills: 
  • ​Experience supporting Department of Defense system integration processes, including release coordination across integration, test, experimental, and operational environments. 
  • ​Familiarity with Architecture Review Boards (ARB), Change Control Boards (CCB), backlog-driven execution, and structured technical baseline management. 
  • ​Working knowledge of DoD cybersecurity and compliance processes, including RMF, ATO/IATT, STIGs, vulnerability remediation, and secure operational practices. 
  • ​Experience with AWS GovCloud, hybrid infrastructure, or cloud-enabled mission systems.
  • ​Experience with help desk oversight, operational reporting, service delivery management, or technical support organizations. 
  • ​Background in field operations, site management, deployment support, or operational mission support. 
  • ​Experience with metrics development, readiness reporting, risk identification, and performance management. 
  • ​Familiarity with Agile execution models, Program Increment planning, and cross-functional technical delivery environments. 
  • ​Financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, resource coordination, operational planning, or risk tracking. 
  • ​Demonstrated experience with technology transition, operational handoff, or fielding and sustainment of new capabilities. 
  • ​SAP Program experience preferred

Pay Range: Pay Range $154,050.00 - $278,475.00
