Position Overview
The Project Management Analyst, RA provide s programmatic, analytical, and documentation support to PMS 339 in the development and execution of Requirements Analysis and MPT products. This role focuses on tracking acquisition documentation, supporting technical and program reviews, maintaining program schedules, and assisting in development of Navy training and manpower documentation in accordance with governing instructions and program requirements.

Position Overview

Requirements Analysis & MPT Program Support
- Support development and evaluation of Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) programs for new construction and modernization efforts.
- Assist Program Managers (PAPM/APM) in aligning requirements with fleet training needs and system capabilities.
- Contribute to development and refinement of requirements documentation and supporting analysis.
Acquisition Documentation & Program Tracking
- Develop, update, and track acquisition and program documentation, including milestones, technical reviews, and decision briefs.
- Maintain visibility on program progress through trackers, schedules, and reporting tools.
- Ensure program data is accurate, current, and aligned with program office expectations.
Training & Product Support Documentation
- Assist in the review and development of key MPT and training documents, including:
- NTSPs (Navy Training System Plans)
- CSPPs (Class Support Planning Products)
- PSMDs / SMDs (Ship Manpower Documents)
- FEAs / Training Effectiveness Evaluations (TEE/TEEPs)
- Ensure documentation complies with OPNAVINST 1500.76 (series) and applicable DoD/DON guidance.
Schedule & Data Management
- Track and maintain platform master planning schedules and program deliverables.
- Monitor status of MPT products and ensure alignment with program milestones.
- Provide data management support for requirements tracking and lifecycle documentation.
Program Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure program correspondence and deliverables comply with DoD and Department of the Navy policies and guidance.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to support timely delivery of program documentation and decision products.
- Assist in preparation of briefings, reports, and stakeholder communication materials.
Project Management Tools & Reporting
- Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
- Support program reviews with clear, concise, and accurate reporting products.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (Interim Secret Security Clearance)
- Must be a US citizen

- 7+ years professional experience in program or requirements analysis
