Overview of Opportunity

Two Six Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead mission-critical cybersecurity programs. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cybersecurity program execution within classified environments and a strong understanding of the Intelligence Community's role in securing national infrastructure and sensitive systems.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead the implementation of a comprehensive lifecycle evaluation process to maintain COTS and GOTS device security from design to deployment to end-of-life
• Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, including mission owners, technical directors, and contracts officers
• Manage program cost, schedule, scope, and performance in accordance with contract and mission requirements
• Oversee cross-functional teams spanning reverse engineering and vulnerability research, penetration testing, hardware and software engineering, testing and validation, defensive cyber operations tooling
• Lead risk management efforts, particularly for evolving cyber threats and rapidly changing mission needs
• Deliver executive-level briefings and technical updates to senior Two Six and USG leadership
• Identify and shape follow-on opportunities aligned with government mission priorities

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of program management experience, with significant support to Intelligence Community missions
• Proven experience managing complex cybersecurity programs in classified environments
• Ability to work daily on-site in customer spaces in Linthicum or Laurel, MD

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
• Experience with reverse engineering and vulnerability research, using tools such as IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, or Ghidra
• Experience with network-based, RF-based, and/or space-based device design, development, and certification
• Prior military or government service within the Intelligence Community

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range

$176,413 - $264,400 USD
