Radar Test Engineer

We are seeking Radar Test Engineers to support a critical program focused on the assembly, integration, and validation of advanced radar and mission systems. This role is highly hands-on within lab and integration environments, supporting execution of test plans, troubleshooting RF and system-level issues, and ensuring performance across complex hardware systems.

Requirements:
-Experience supporting radar, RF, or hardware-based testing, integration, or lab environments
-Experience executing test procedures and documenting results in structured environments
-Experience troubleshooting system-level or component-level issues within complex systems
-Experience with Python or MATLAB for scripting, test automation, or data analysis
-Willingness to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or related)

Nice to Have:
-Experience with AESA or phased-array radar systems
-Background in integration and test (I&T) environments for complex systems
-Familiarity with RF test equipment, instrumentation, or data acquisition tools
-Experience supporting DoD programs
-Active clearance (not required but helpful)

Responsibilities:
-Execute test procedures for radar and mission systems during integration and assembly
-Support setup, configuration, and operation of RF and system-level test environments
-Analyze test data using Python or MATLAB to evaluate system performance and identify anomalies
-Identify, document, and help resolve issues discovered during testing and integration
-Work closely with systems, RF, and integration engineers to validate system performance
-Record and report test results, discrepancies, and system behavior
-Support verification and validation (V&V) efforts as the program scales
