Job Description
We are seeking Radar Systems Engineers to support a critical program focused on the assembly, integration, and analysis of advanced radar systems within satellite platforms. This role combines hands-on system integration with deep analytical work across RF performance and signal processing. You will work on a growing team supporting next-generation radar capabilities, with opportunities to contribute across the full system lifecycle!
Required Experience
-Experience supporting radar, RF, or hardware-based systems in integration, assembly, or test environments
-Strong experience with MATLAB or Python for modeling, simulation, and signal/data analysis
-Understanding of radar fundamentals, RF systems, or signal processing concepts (e.g., waveforms, filtering, detection, tracking)
-Exposure to systems engineering principles including requirements development, system decomposition, and verification & validation (V&V)
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related)
-Willingness to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM
Nice to Have
-AESA radar experience
-Experience with MBSE tools
Responsibilities:
-Perform systems engineering for radar systems including requirements development, analysis, and verification
-Support design and integration of AESA or phased-array radar systems
-Work within MBSE environments and manage requirements using tools like DOORS or similar
-Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support test activities
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and integration
