• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar Required
• Antenna or Radome Design and Integration Experience
Desired Skills:
• Strong background in the field of Electromagnetics and Radar Cross Section (RCS) reduction of antennas and radomes
• Working knowledge of industry design and analysis tools such as HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, FEKO, MatLab, Knowbell
• Excellent communication skills, as position requires interfacing with internal and external customers to report technical and scheduling status
• Experience leading teams and interfacing with external customers and basic project management skill sets desired
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active Secret Clearance desired

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
