You will be the Global Supply Chain Manager for the Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) program. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge hypersonic solutions that keep our customers mission-ready.

As the Global Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of subcontract professionals that manage supply-chain execution from development through transition to production.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must have ability to obtain secret security clearance
• Major Subcontract Management experience in a defense environment
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR requirements
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to develop teammates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Problem solving skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin acquisition procedures
• Ability to manage a large bill of material and ensure parts are available in support of the Internal Operating Plan
• Experience with managing Fixed Price/Incentive Fee and Cost Plus subcontracts
• Experience with managing large subcontractors
• Experience with managing Statement of Work (SOW) based subcontracts
• Experience with Earned Value Managements Systems (EVMS)
• Familiar with FAR Part 15 requirements
• Strong negotiation and documentation skills
• Experience in training, mentoring, and motivating direct reports
• Proficient in summarizing complex data and presenting to executive level and customer
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Directing procurement activities such as RFI/RFP issuance, purchase order management, and supplier execution
- Identifying, qualifying, and managing second-source suppliers to mitigate risk
- Developing risk mitigation plans and monitoring supplier performance
- Supporting prime proposal efforts and collaborating with engineering and program offices to define requirements
- Traveling as needed to engage with suppliers and program stakeholders
