Description:Depot Flight Line Team Manager (Flight Line and Delivery Operations) - Greenville SC

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities include:
• Manages the staffing levels to achieve financial and performance commitments.
• Perform as a strategic thinker with manufacturing leadership experience, and lean manufacturing focus.
• Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cost and schedule performance.
• Develops and manages budgets, cost, quality, and schedules for assigned production area.
• Leads Performance Management Team processes and metrics
• Manages development opportunities for employees to allow realization for each employee's full potential.
• Recognizes and rewards superior individual performance and effectively addresses poor performance issues.
• Creates a culture that ensures accountability and trust while ensuring compliance with Company Policies & Procedures.
• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 10 years C130/F16 Experience years of experience in aviation operations, team leadership, and regulatory compliance (FAA/IATA).
Focus on measurable accomplishments like improving on-time departures, reducing costs, and enhancing safety systems.
• Key skills include scheduling, crisis management, and proficiency in flight management software. Review Flight Ops processes and procedures and make recommendations to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Experience with the recruitment and induction of new personnel and levers within Flight Ops. Periodic auditing of all Flight Operations publications.
• Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or 10 years Combined Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair and Overhaul (MMRO) Experience without a degree.

• Proven ability to working in teams and strong interpersonal skills are required
• Team oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to self-manage achieving high levels of accuracy, productivity and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• Professional aviation experience, exceptional leadership abilities, and exemplary written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated proficiency with assessing the complexities, durations, labor requirements and budgets for new program proposals.
• Demonstrated proficiency in daily program administration and the ability to speak on behalf of the company to multiple customers and government personnel.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
