You will be the Financial Analyst Staff for the Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program finance functions.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Staff Financial Analyst you will establish and manage program cost baselines, conduct Earned Value Management and variance analysis, and prepare Estimate at Complete (EAC) analyses to inform leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,
Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Multi-functional / multi-disciplined Earned Value
Management (EVM) experience and knowledge
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
• Finance background in Defense Industry
• Supported Engineering & Technology from a
business aspect
• Experience in proposal analysis
• Experience in SAP and Deltek Cobra financial tool sets
• Advanced Excel / database/ reporting experience (including Power BI, Power Query)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
