Torch Technologies is seeking a Navigation Warfare/ Electronic Warfare Functional SME to support the Army and Joint Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) and cyberspace operations. Leads the development, integration, and assessment of cyber capabilities that ensure Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) superiority in contested environments. This role bridges: Cyber operations, Electronic Warfare (EW) and Capability Development
As a Navigation Warfare/ Electronic Warfare Functional SME your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

Leads the development, integration, and assessment of cyber capabilities that ensure Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) superiority in contested environments. This role bridges: Cyber operations, Electronic Warfare (EW) and Capability Development
As a Navigation Warfare/ Electronic Warfare Functional SME your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
Lead capability development for cyber and NAVWAR systems:
- Coordinating specific working groups and conducting analysis to refine requirements for areas such as assessments of current / future NAVWAR systems; Concept of the Operation (CONOPS); Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
- Development of emerging materiel solutions; synchronization of Army and Joint-service operational assessments; rapid fielding initiatives and technology transitions.
- The candidate will also participate in capability studies such as Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) to review system capabilities and mission development and ensure traceability between the AoA's Measures of Effectiveness, Measures of Performance and Measures of Cost (MOEs/MOPs/MOCs).
- Work directly with operational units: Identify real-time capability gaps (e.g., PNT spoofing, cyber vulnerabilities), enable Prototype solutions, Test in exercises and feed into acquisition processes.
- Participates in the integration of: Tactical networks, Satellite communications, and NAVWAR (PNT resilience) systems
- Understanding of the Transforming in Contract "TiC" Framework to drive requirements generations.
Analyze:
- Enemy and friendly NAVWAR capabilities
- PNT threats (jamming, spoofing)
- Integration of cyber effects to operational plans
- Joint/coalition environments
- Provide senior advisory support to: Combatant Commands and Joint Task Forces
- System vulnerability analysis
- Technical experimentation and testing
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of related experience
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
- Strong experience in Electronic Warfare operations.
- Understanding of PNT satellite / architecture signatures, PNT jamming, jamming scenario analysis, Anti-Jam development, integration and test.
- Understanding of Electromagnetic Support requirements to sense and understand the electromagnetic operating environment
