Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of enterprise Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), incorporating architecture, development, code reviews, and release management within Agile sprints
- Design and implement scalable Dataverse architectures aligned with data modeling, security, performance, and governance standards
- Develop advanced Canvas Apps using Power Fx, custom connectors, reusable components, and API integrations
- Build and manage Power Automate cloud flows with robust error handling, logging, and environment-aware deployment strategies
- Establish and maintain ALM pipelines across Development, Testing, and Production environments, including CI/CD integration and environment management
- Administer and optimize the Power Platform tenant, governing environment strategy, DLP policies, and capacity planning
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online and Teams, as well as external systems via REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API
- Develop SPFx extensions and .NET-based services for enhanced extensibility beyond native Power Platform capabilities
- Modernize SharePoint Online environments to support Power Platform solutions and automate administrative processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Lead migration projects to SharePoint Online and cloud-native Power Platform architectures
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, and deployment guides
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Stakeholders, and Product Owners to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions
- Partner with enterprise and federal stakeholders to define governance standards, security models, and reusable frameworks
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on SharePoint experience, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI
- Proven expertise in developing enterprise applications with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), .NET/C#, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API
- Strong understanding of Power Platform security models, DLP policies, and environment strategy
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions
- Tenant-level administration experience for SharePoint Online and Power Platform
- Proficiency in automation using PowerShell and other scripting tools
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and scalable application design
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience leading SharePoint and Power Platform migrations to cloud-native architectures
- Knowledge of working in regulated or federal environments
- Experience with enterprise governance standards and security compliance
- Additional certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint
Salary Range: $120K-$130K
