Job Title: IT Logistics/Supply Technician
Location(s): Monterey, CA
Hours: Regular Full-Time
Salary Range: $75k/yr - $80k/yr
Clearance Requirements
This position requires a current and active Secret Clearance at the time of application.
What you will be doing:
Provides hands-on technical support in the Technical Distribution Center (TDC), including imaging, staging, issuing, and lifecycle replacement of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices). Supports IT supply, inventory, and asset management functions in accordance with DLIFLC policies.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Image and reimage laptops, desktops, and tablets for students, staff, and faculty (supporting lifecycle refresh of ~2,500 systems annually).
- Conduct hardware issuance, receiving, and warranty coordination (Return Material Authorization processing).
- Maintain IT asset inventory (over 10,000 devices), perform monthly inspections, and update online asset tracking systems.
- Support warehousing, shipping, and receiving functions for DLIFLC equipment.
- Respond to TDC service desk tickets, logging all requests in Ivanti within 15 minutes.
- Prepare and maintain paperwork for supply transactions, ensuring compliance with government property tracking standards.
Education :
- (AA/AS) in Information Technology
- or related field
- or High School Diploma with at least 2 years of hands-on IT support/supply experience.
Certifications :
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification (imaging/desktop support)
