Mission:
We are seeking a qualified Special Programs Support Specialist - Imagery Analyst (IA) to support mission-critical geospatial intelligence operations in Springfield, VA. The selected candidate will provide IMINT/GEOINT analysis, with a focus on softcopy still imagery exploitation, analysis, and production in support of high-priority programs.
Essential Job Function:
The ideal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a current, adjudicated CI polygraph and have formal training from a certified imagery schoolhouse. This role requires demonstrated experience with multimodal imagery and proficiency using ArcGIS or similar geospatial tools to support analytical production.
Candidates should have a strong foundation in imagery analysis, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-security environment. Experience with geodatabases, SOM tools, and advanced geospatial workflows is highly desirable.

Requirements
Required Skills:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Current, adjudicated CI polygraph (with ability to upgrade)
- Minimum of 3 years IMINT and/or GEOINT experience, or 1 year with a relevant degree
- At least 1 year of experience in softcopy still imagery exploitation, analysis, and production
- Completion of a certified imagery schoolhouse (military or equivalent)
- Functional experience with ArcGIS or similar geospatial tools
- Experience working with multimodal imagery
Desired Skills:
- GPC certification
- Experience creating, updating, and maintaining geodatabases
- BA/BS in geospatial intelligence, intelligence studies, or related field
- Experience with SOM tools
- Ability to start immediately
