Salesforce Developer - Mid Level

Blu Omega is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join our team supporting a vital program. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in building and enhancing Salesforce capabilities within a structured and regulated environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering end-to-end sprint-based solutions, from design through deployment and support, ensuring mission-critical outcomes for our federal client. Location: Preferably based in the DC area; remote work accepted.

Clearance Needed: Secret clearance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Automate processes with Salesforce Flow.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, security, sharing, and permissions.
• Support integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, managing data movement as required.
• Conduct unit testing, perform code reviews, fix defects, and support releases across different environments.
• Produce lightweight technical documentation aligned with government standards and delivery needs.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of Salesforce development experience at a mid-level.
• Strong proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce data model.
• Working knowledge of Git and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Nice to Haves:

• Salesforce Mobile experience.
• Experience with Databricks supporting integrations or data pipelines.
• Federal or government agency experience.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PD1) or Administrator.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud.

Salary Range: $110K- $140K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
