Description
Leidos is seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor – Maritime Security to support a customer in Suitland, MD. This role will focus on the development of the Integrated National Maritime Security Strategy (NMSS) and the advancement of national Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) integration efforts.

Leidos is seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor – Maritime Security to support a customer in Suitland, MD. This role will focus on the development of the Integrated National Maritime Security Strategy (NMSS) and the advancement of national Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) integration efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of the Integrated National Maritime Security Strategy (NMSS)
- Advance national Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) initiatives and capabilities
- Lead and contribute to ISR strategy development at the national level
- Support cross domain capability integration across maritime, air, space, and cyber domains
- Provide expertise in data fusion, including the application of AI and ML technologies to enhance maritime intelligence capabilities
- Facilitate coordination and collaboration across interagency partners and stakeholders
- Provide senior level advisory support on maritime security, ISR, and national strategy efforts
- Doctorate degree
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in maritime security, ISR, MDA, or national level strategy development
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Deep expertise in ISR systems and integration
- Senior level experience supporting or working within the U.S. Government
