Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Government Property Administrator to oversee compliance with large defense sector contracts to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid work schedule of 3 - 4 days in our Herndon, VA. Some travel may be required to MANTECH sites.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Government Property (GP) Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee and ensure strict compliance with all INTEL contract requirements (including the 10 Outcomes and 22 Elements) from pre-award through closeout, reviewing proposals, plans, and property clauses.
- Compliance Assurance and Program Support: Partner with Program Managers, Contract Administrators, and end-users to ensure comprehensive compliance, leading annual Contractor Self-Assessments and assisting with Corporate GP PMSA/audits.
- Sector Reporting and Inventory Management: Coordinate the preparation and submission of all required INTEL Sector Reports (e.g., Physical Inventory, Loss, and financial reports) and execute Contractor Inventory reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for GP matters, coordinating across all relevant departments including Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Subcontracts, Proposals, and Compliance for the INTEL sector.
- Training and Process Improvement: Develop and deliver GP Management training, and proactively recommend cost-effective and compliant property management practices.
- Industry Expertise and Internal Leadership: Maintain current knowledge of asset management standards from organizations like NPMA and ASTM and actively participate as a member of ManTech's GP Council.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 + years' experience in the government property management industry/asset management.
- Strong knowledge of INTEL Rules and Regulations (NISPOM Policies, FAR/DFARs)
- Solid Knowledge of industry best practices / ASTM Standards regarding asset management
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Clearance Requirement:
- Must have a current/active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
