You will be the Systems Engineer/Training Developer - Level 4 for the Training & Simulation team which is responsible for delivering cutting-edge training solutions for Aircrew and Mission Planner functions.

As the Systems Engineer/Training Developer - Level 4 you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and sustaining high-impact training products that enable operators to master Ground Control Systems (GCS) and C4I capabilities.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience operating and maintaining Ground Control Systems and associated support equipment
• Experience troubleshooting computer systems and networks
• Working knowledge of computer and network systems administration
• Experience with hardware and software systems
• Experience developing, planning, and delivering technical training
Desired Skills:
• Experience supporting military aircraft systems
• Experience with GCS support equipment and maintenance
• Experience with computer system and network administration in operational environments
• Experience with Linux/UNIX systems
• Knowledge of network installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Familiarity with integrated logistics support concepts
• Experience in technical report writing and documentation
• Experience in operations engineering or avionics support
• Experience with backup and recovery processes
• Security+ certification or equivalent
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

- Design and develop interactive courseware, simulations, and scenario-based training that reflect real-world mission environments.
- Collaborate with test pilots, systems engineers, and simulation technicians to validate training effectiveness and update technical documentation.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for GCS operations, delivering briefings and instruction to pilots, engineers, and customer personnel in classroom, simulator, and operational settings.
- Produce multimedia training assets, including graphics, part-task trainers, and flight-simulator modules, using modern instructional-design methodologies.
- Support system integration, verification, and operational rollout by providing training-focused installation assistance and coordination with engineering, logistics, and program teams.
