Description:Reporting to the ADP Dynamic Targeting and Surveillance Systems, Weapon Systems Engineering Director, the ADP DT&SS Mission Systems Lead will provide
leadership and management of a mission
systems development portfolio.
Responsibility encompasses planning and
execution of engineering effort which includes
performance to cost and schedule, identification
of risks and opportunities, management of
subsystem suppliers, integration of systems, and
verification and validation associated with the
portfolio. Additionally, this position will be
responsible for developing and providing
briefings for program milestones, customer
briefings, and executive leadership. Specific
areas of responsibility include sensors, effectors, processing, and integration systems.
Successful execution in this role requires
collaboration across multiple engineering
disciplines and engagement with other functions
such as production, supply chain, and
sustainment to ensure high quality on-time
delivery of all deliverables. This leader is
expected to demonstrate and expand the
organization's culture of accountability and to
communicate with intent in order to
build/sustain high levels of team performance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of
15 years related experience or equivalent
• Experience leading large multi-disciplined
engineering teams including responsibility for
program performance, cost, schedule, and
quality
• Experience engaging and presenting at the
executive level internally and with customers
• Demonstrated risk and opportunity management experience
• Experience leading an integrated multi-functional Hardware and Software team
• Experience managing major supplier development and integration
• Demonstrated technical expertise in developing a wide range of Mission Systems Sensors, or Comms systems, Capabilities to include but not limited to RF systems, Electro-optical, Offensive and Defensive Capabilities, Line of Sight Comms, Beyond Line of sight Comms, or satcom Systems
• Top Secret Clearance
• US Citizen

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
