Description:
You will be the Reliability and Maintainability Systems Engineer for the Advanced Development Programs - Skunk Works team, which is responsible for delivering mission-defining aircraft.

As the Systems Engineer - Reliability and Maintainability, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, integration, and sustainment of advanced aerospace systems through disciplined R&M engineering and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related technical or instructional discipline (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting complex networks and computer hardware.
• Experience identifying and resolving technical issues during integration, installation, test, or deployment activities
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as systems engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or field support.
Desired Skills:
• Proven experience in Network Installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
• Expertise in Technical Report Writing, translating complex engineering data into clear operational procedures.
• Strong understanding of Naval Aviation Maintenance Programs (NAMP) and associated military policies.
• Experience supporting or contributing to FMECA, Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), fault tree analysis, reliability block diagrams, or testability analysis.
• Familiarity with logistics or sustainment data development, including exposure to Logistics Product Data (LPD) and awareness of GEIA-STD-0007 or related standards.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
