POSITION OVERVIEW
OSAAVA Services is seeking a Junior Messaging and Collaboration Administrator to support the Integrated Air Force Network Operations and Services (IAFNOS) contract at Langley AFB, Virginia. In this role, you will administer Exchange and Microsoft 365 messaging environments in a hybrid on-premise and cloud configuration, providing direct technical support to Air Force personnel and ensuring the availability and security of critical collaboration services.

This is a Monday–Friday position with core operating hours of 0700–1700. Occasional schedule adjustments may be required to support operational needs with advance notice provided.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Manage user accounts, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Administer Exchange Server 2016/2022 and Microsoft 365 cloud mail services
• Troubleshoot end-user mail issues in Outlook and Exchange environments
• Support mailbox migrations both on-premise and to the cloud
• Configure and manage mail flow, messaging policies, compliance settings, reporting, and logging
• Provide support for customer mobile device management
• Use PowerShell cmdlets and scripts to automate Exchange administration tasks
• Resolve Incident, Work Order, Task, and Change requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Collaborate with Tier III and other Tier II support teams to resolve escalated issues
• Document incident resolution steps and keep customers informed throughout the process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Active DoD Secret clearance with CV enrollment current in DISS
• 1–2 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT customer support environment
• Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory on-premise and Azure AD cloud environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022
• Understanding of distribution lists, group mailboxes, and end-user mailbox licensing
• Experience troubleshooting customer mail issues in Outlook or Exchange
• DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification required at start date — Security+ CE minimum
• MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) certification required within 120 days of start
• U.S. Citizenship required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator Associate certification
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Experience with Exchange Admin Center (EAC), Microsoft Entra Identity, MFCMapi, and MS Purview
• Familiarity with Remedy ticketing system
• PowerShell scripting experience for Exchange and M365 administration
• Strong Exchange Server administration background
• Experience mentoring or leading junior technical staff

CERTIFICATIONS — DOD 8570 IAT LEVEL II (ONE REQUIRED AT START)
Security+ CE | CySA+ | CCNA-Security | CND | GICSP | GSEC | SSCP
MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) certification required within 120 days of hire.
