Responsibilities
- Support data analysis and validation efforts across financial, operational, and programmatic datasets
- Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform client decision-making
- Perform data reconciliation, cleansing, and integrity checks across large, high-volume datasets
- Apply analytical techniques to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Document workflows, data structures, and standard operating procedures to ensure audit readiness and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Support automation efforts using tools such as Excel, Python, or similar technologies to improve efficiency
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Expected graduation: 2027)
- Strong academic performance
- Demonstrated experience with data accuracy, record-keeping, and reconciliation in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); familiarity with data tools (e.g., Python, SQL, or Tableau) is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated data (e.g., financial or health-related information)
- Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with process improvement or workflow optimization concepts
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and stakeholder coordination experience
