Position Overview
Quantum Science Solutions (QSS) is seeking a highly capable Project Integrator / Systems Integrator to support the coordination, integration, and delivery of complex technical programs across enterprise IT environments. This role serves as the critical link between technical teams, stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure seamless integration of systems, processes, and technologies.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in systems integration, program coordination, and technical oversight, with the ability to manage dependencies, align cross-functional efforts, and ensure delivery of mission-critical capabilities. This position requires both technical depth and program-level awareness to drive efficiency, interoperability, and operational success across evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and integrate activities across technical teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and priorities.
• Support the integration of systems across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring interoperability and performance.
• Manage program dependencies, risks, issues, and action items to support successful delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams.
• Track program progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Support system integration efforts across hardware, software, and network components.
• Assist in the development and implementation of processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of integrated systems and capabilities.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in systems integration, project coordination, or technical program support.
• Experience working in complex IT environments involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of system integration principles across infrastructure, applications, and networks.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and program coordination activities.
• Experience gathering and translating technical and functional requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and enterprise IT systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to track and manage work using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting testing, deployment, and operational activities.
Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Equivalent work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Experience with cybersecurity practices and system compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting large-scale system integration or modernization efforts.
Preferred Certifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
• AWS / Azure / Google Cloud certifications
