Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.
Essential Functions
- Professionally greet visitors following security protocol - signing in vendors, customers, and various visitors with a pleasant demeanor, issuing badges and notifying personnel of visitor arrivals
- Maintain visitor and contractor control logs
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, deliver messages with polite professionalism
- Use Microsoft Outlook to maintain conference room calendars and send calendar invitations for events
- With approval, create and publish corporate announcements to social media
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of office daily by stocking refrigerator, wiping counters, tidying conference rooms and common areas, emptying trash, re-stocking office and bathroom supplies, etc.
- Perform routine errands as needed, including shopping for office supplies, picking up food orders, and completing other authorized deliveries to support daily office operations
- Execute employee morale programs such as birthday gifting, corporate giveaways, and life event gifting
- Coordinate business lunches and plan corporate events
- Assist with set up and tear down of on-site meetings and events
- Edit and proofread documents
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of administrative experience
- Must have valid driver's license
