Salesforce Developer - Mid Level

Blu Omega is actively seeking a talented Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to play a pivotal role in supporting a critical Space Force program. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your core Salesforce development skills in a dynamic environment dedicated to safeguarding national interests. Focused on building scalable, efficient backend solutions, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing Salesforce applications that have strategic importance. This role is ideal for developers with strong platform expertise eager to make a meaningful impact in a cleared environment.

Remote

Clearance Needed
Active Secret clearance (interim or fully adjudicated) required

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and other platform tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications for improved performance and usability
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment
• Support system integrations with other platforms and services as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in core Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC or Aura)
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, workflows, and automation processes
• Ability to work independently within a cleared environment while effectively collaborating with remote teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting federal or DoD programs
• Knowledge of Salesforce API integration (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with Agile development practices

Salary Range: $110K- $140K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
