The Vice President, Growth Solutions is a senior executive role responsible for shaping, architecting, and winning complex federal and commercial cyber security, enterprise IT, digital modernization, legal technology solutions, enterprise security systems opportunities. This role partners closely with executive leadership, BD/capture teams, and program leadership to drive sustained growth and mission success.

This role partners closely with executive leadership, BD/capture teams, and program leadership to drive sustained growth and mission success.
Responsibilities
Growth & Capture Leadership
- Lead technical growth strategy across federal civilian, law enforcement, health, and defense portfolios.
- Own technical solutioning for priority captures, IDIQs, and strategic pursuits.
- Develop win themes, technical proposals, discriminators, and solution strategies.
- Support capture reviews, orals, and executive customer engagements.
- Shape zero trust, cloud, and hybrid security architectures.
- Guide cloud migration, DevSecOps, automation, and application modernization strategies.
- Ensure solutions align with NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, FISMA, and CMMC.
- Develop innovative legal technology solutions to Federal and Commercial needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to federal customers and industry partners.
- Develop reusable solution frameworks and accelerators.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and capture teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10 years supporting cyber security, IT modernization, Legal Technology or growth initiatives.
- 5 years of experience leading and winning large federal captures.
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 12 years supporting cyber security, IT modernization, Legal Technology or growth initiatives.
- 10 years of experience leading and winning large federal captures.
- Executive-level communication and customer engagement skills.
- US Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance
