[Responsibilities]
- Design and update course materials, including comprehensive training catalogs for technical audiences
- Prepare instructor resources-such as outlines, background documents, and engaging training aids-to ensure seamless course delivery
- Develop student materials, including manuals, workbooks, handouts, and certificates, to support effective learning
- Lead and facilitate formal classroom sessions, interactive workshops, and seminars for personnel development
- Maintain and develop training videos and online self-paced workshops for Cloud One services
- Potentially deliver training sessions on Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6)
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant training experience
- IAT-2 certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating engaging training content and media
[Preferred Skills]
- Familiarity with Cloud One services and cloud computing environments
- Experience developing online training modules and video content
- Prior knowledge or training experience related to IPv6
