You will be the Contract Management professional for the Missile Warning Sustainment portfolio within the National Security Space (NSS) Line of Business. Our team is responsible for serving as the trusted business partner and aligning the portfolio to the strategic goals of the NSS Line of Business.
As the Contract Management professional, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end contract services that enable successful proposal development, award administration, and closeout.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Partnering with the Missile Warning Sustainment program team and functional stakeholders to align contractual and program requirements with NSS strategic objectives.
- Supporting day-to-day operations and business needs
- Drive alignment on contract terms and structures across all parties to ensure consistency and strategic coherence.
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication of contract status, risks, critical information, and changes to all relevant program and business stakeholders.
- Ensure contracts comply with FAR/DFARS and all applicable regulatory requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Contracts or subcontracts or finance or supply chain professional with ability to manage a portfolio of complex programs and/ or proposals
- Direct experience with proposal development or contract negotiations, or program execution or anything related that provides comparable experiences
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education or in lieu of degree relevant experiences
Desired Skills:
- Experience with FAR, DFARS, and other domestic USG regulatory requirements
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Proficient in the various types of domestic contract types (e.g. CPIF, CPFF, FPIF, and FFP), especially fee geometries and profit sharing
- Demonstrated abilities to develop customer relationships, provide RFP shaping/analysis, and have participated in proposal development and bid strategy
- Proven ability to develop internal relationships; experience briefing / communicating with senior leadership team
- Experience handling multiple, widely varied assignments
- Detail oriented, motivated self-starter, and teamwork oriented
- Understanding of supply chain purchase orders, supplemental flow down of prime contract terms, approval processes, and documentation into resulting contracts
- Currently active Secret clearance

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
