You will be the Enterprise Demand and Supply Control Director for the Enterprise Demand & Supply Team which is responsible for aligning global demand, supply, and scheduling across the enterprise.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Enterprise Demand and Supply Control Director you will be responsible for driving integration between program office, engineering, supply chain, production, and sustainment. You will ensure that commitments are economically sound, achievable, and delivered efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the enterprise SIOP process to synchronize sales, inventory, and operations planning with Aero goals and the 1LMX strategy.

  • Coordinate global demand and supply data, providing clear visibility and actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to create realistic, cost-effective commitments.

  • Develop and enforce policies that improve scheduling accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Mentor and guide a high-performing team of planners and analysts to achieve strategic objectives.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years' experience in manufacturing, operations, or a related field with a strong understanding of Aerospace and Defense manufacturing processes, business models, strategy, and financials

• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university or equivalent experience/combined education

• Experience with Aerospace Production and Sustainment Operations processes and procedures with ability to identify and execute improvements

• Experience with developing Financial or Business Cases for executive decision-making
Desired Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to succinctly present complex matters/solutions with an executive audience

• Fundamental understanding of manufacturing industry SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) constructs and processes

• Deep understanding of ERP/SAP logic, specifically including Production and Sustainment planning, scheduling, and execution systems

• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills

• Expertise in developing multiple (demand/supply) scenarios to drive executive decision-making under uncertainty

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align conflicting priorities, including navigating trade-off decisions and managing constraints between supply constraints and demand requirements

• Expertise in demand planning, capacity modeling, and supply-demand balancing

• Financial analysis skills and experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
