You will be the Systems Engineer, Simulation & Systems Labs for F-35 RL Design, Verification & Validation, Test Team which is responsible for delivering cutting-edge simulation and test solutions for the F-35 RL program.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline. (Preferred: Mechanical, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering)
• Experience with Integration and Test with aircraft or in a lab environment
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Systems Engineering Concepts: developing and decomposing system and subsystem requirements, system modeling, verification or test planning, and system integration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (e.g. Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high pace, collaborative and team-based environment.
• Willing to participate in minimal travel for onsite training at Reprogramming Laboratories facility.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer you will be responsible for translating program requirements into robust design models and test plans that drive system validation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute requirements analysis and develop system designs using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo.
- Perform Reprogramming Laboratory (RL) system design, requirements allocation, and configuration management.
- Support verification, integration, test, and sustainment activities for RL baselines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the systems engineering "V" process.
- Document technical decisions and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
