Description:
You will be the Systems Engineer Manager - ADP Mission Systems I&T for the ADP Mission Systems Integration and Test Team which is responsible for delivering advanced integration, test, and technology solutions across ADP programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Engineer Manager - ADP Mission Systems I&T you will be responsible for leading a high-impact team that drives collaboration, technology roadmaps, and execution of critical projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with ADP Programs, Aeronautics Programs, other Business Units, and industry partners.

  • Manage pursuit and execution of internal and customer-sponsored technology roadmaps.

  • Interface with LM Aero, external customers and suppliers to develop and transition new technologies.

  • Direct technical execution and leadership of ADP portfolio IRAD and CRAD projects for manned and unmanned systems.

  • Oversee workforce management, recruitment, training, mentoring, performance, and career development for multi-site engineering teams.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors or above STEM degree

• Experience working in Systems Engineering

• Systems Integration & Test Leadership (Tech/Team Lead)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Integration and Test

• Experience working on ADP programs

• Ability to work with different engineering disciplines.

• Experience working in technical teams across a virtual environment.

• Knowledge of Open Mission Systems standard and UCI message set.

• Demonstrated success shaping and leading a diverse team in a dynamic business environment.

• Demonstrated strong skills in conflict resolution, proactive communication, building collaborative relationships.

• Ability to develop detailed plans in support of technical assignments.

• Excellent presentation skills and must be able to convey focused messages to internal senior leadership and external customers.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
