SOSi is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to provide overall management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of a contract task order supporting USSOCOM, with a focus on J39 mission requirements. The PM will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all contractual, technical, and operational objectives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
This role requires a proactive leader with strong decision-making authority, technical expertise, and business acumen to effectively address Government issues, concerns, and priorities. The PM will serve as the primary interface with the Government and will ensure seamless integration of personnel, processes, and deliverables to support operational success.

The PM will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all contractual, technical, and operational objectives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
This role requires a proactive leader with strong decision-making authority, technical expertise, and business acumen to effectively address Government issues, concerns, and priorities. The PM will serve as the primary interface with the Government and will ensure seamless integration of personnel, processes, and deliverables to support operational success.
Duties:
- Provide overall management, direction, and leadership for the execution of the contract task order.
- Ensure quality assurance.
- Assign tasks to contractor personnel and supervise ongoing technical efforts.
- Manage overall task order performance, including technical and business processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Government, addressing issues, concerns, and comments.
- Proactively alert the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitations.
- Lead execution of all task order requirements, ensuring alignment with USSOCOM J39 priorities, operational objectives, and mission outcomes.
- Oversee integrated program management functions, including cost, schedule, performance, risk, and resource management.
- Establish and enforce quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes across all deliverables and functional areas.
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams (e.g., analysts, planners, creatives, and technical staff) to ensure synchronized delivery of capabilities.
- Develop and maintain program management artifacts, including project plans, schedules, status reports, risk registers, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security protocols, OPSEC, and applicable DoD policies and procedures.
- Lead regular program reviews, status meetings, and executive briefings with Government stakeholders.
- Manage staffing, surge support, and resource allocation to meet evolving mission requirements and priorities.
- Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices in program and project management.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Hold a Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Excellent written and oral communication, research, and management skills.
- Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex federal or DoD contracts/task orders, preferably within USSOCOM or similar operational environments.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in high-tempo, mission-driven environments.
- Experience serving as the primary Government interface, including responding to data calls, taskers, and leadership inquiries.
- Strong understanding of program management disciplines (cost, schedule, performance, and risk management).
- Ability to operate effectively within classified environments and manage sensitive programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years' experience (within the last seven years) directly supporting projects requiring working knowledge of J39 operations, issuances, and policies.
- Experience supporting information operations (IO), psychological operations (PSYOP), or strategic communications programs.
- Familiarity with USSOCOM organizational structure, Combatant Command processes, and Joint Staff coordination.
- Experience managing IDIQ task orders or multi-functional support contracts.
- Knowledge of performance metrics, assessment frameworks, and data-driven program management approaches.
- Experience supporting distributed or geographically dispersed teams, including CONUS and OCONUS personnel.
- Prior experience leading programs that support senior leaders (GO/FO/SES) and high-visibility mission requirements.

Work Environment
- Normal office conditions.
- The primary performance location for this contract will be MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida.
- The Government reserves the right to require contract performance at alternate locations, as dictated by mission requirements; these locations may be subject to change.
- Occasional travel may be required to support program execution and stakeholder engagement
