SOS International LLC is seeking a highly qualified Senior Engagement Task Lead to support the delivery of coordinated, mission-aligned engagement activities across Combatant Commands (CCMDs). This role is critical to synchronizing global engagement efforts, enabling agile workforce management, and ensuring effective execution of Information Operations (IO) initiatives.
The Senior Engagement Task Lead will provide leadership, program management, and operational oversight to ensure engagement activities are responsive to evolving mission requirements. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in IO/PSYOP environments, strong coordination skills across geographic commands, and the ability to align engagement efforts with strategic and operational objectives.

SOS International LLC is seeking a highly qualified Senior Engagement Task Lead to support the delivery of coordinated, mission-aligned engagement activities across Combatant Commands (CCMDs). This role is critical to synchronizing global engagement efforts, enabling agile workforce management, and ensuring effective execution of Information Operations (IO) initiatives.
The Senior Engagement Task Lead will provide leadership, program management, and operational oversight to ensure engagement activities are responsive to evolving mission requirements. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in IO/PSYOP environments, strong coordination skills across geographic commands, and the ability to align engagement efforts with strategic and operational objectives.
Duties:
- Ensure support is provided across CCMDs throughout the period of performance.
- Maintain contractor flexibility and enable personnel movement based on changing priorities.
- Lead and manage the implementation of related tasks and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure mission requirements are met effectively.
- Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the successful execution of Information Operations-related programs.
- Synchronize SMEP activities across Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and Joint Task Forces (JTFs) to ensure unity of effort.
- Manage global engagement planning and execution, aligning activities with USSOCOM J39 priorities, campaign objectives, and operational timelines.
- Oversee dynamic workforce allocation and surge support, ensuring resources are aligned to shifting mission demands.
- Serve as a key liaison between Government stakeholders and contractor teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and responsiveness.
- Monitor and report on engagement effectiveness, program performance, and mission outcomes.
- Develop and deliver briefings, status updates, and decision-support materials for senior leaders (GO/FO/SES).
- Ensure all engagement activities comply with DoD policies, OPSEC requirements, and applicable authorities.
- Support rapid response to emerging operational priorities and time-sensitive taskings.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) at the time of proposal submission and maintain the clearance level required to access the facility.
- Hold a Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years' experience (within the last seven years) directly supporting projects requiring working knowledge of J39 operations, issuances, and policies.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-regional or global programs across CCMDs or equivalent organizations.
- Proven ability to manage personnel, resources, and priorities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
- Experience supporting Information Operations (IO), Psychological Operations (PSYOP), or strategic communications efforts.
- Strong communication skills, including experience engaging with senior Government stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively within classified environments and manage sensitive mission requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years' experience leading the implementation of Information Operations-related programs.
- Possess professional education and training in the fields of Psychological Operations or Information Operations.

Work Environment
- Normal office conditions.
- The primary performance location for this contract will be MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Tampa, Florida.
- The Government reserves the right to require contract performance at alternate locations, as dictated by mission requirements; these locations may be subject to change.
- Occasional travel may be required to support global engagement activities and coordination efforts.
