GS-13 : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1) Determining the disclosure/release of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Classified Military Information (CMI); 2) Developing and implementing policies, directives, and procedures related to foreign disclosure; 3) Monitoring and maintaining awareness of new or revised national policies; and 4) Reporting and investigating threats to security.

- At the GS-12 you will perform developmental duties as assigned. At the full performance level (GS-13) you will perform the following:
- You will review source information and coordinate with owning agencies/components as necessary to get release permissions as required when dealing with information not originated by the Command.
- You will oversee, analyze, evaluate, develop, and implement policies, directives, and procedural manuals relative to foreign disclosure
- You will oversee, monitor, and maintain awareness of new and/or revised national policies concerning foreign disclosure.
- You will prepare and participate in foreign and domestic disclosure training and policy developments.
- You will oversee and control all contacts, requests for information, consultations, physical and security access, and other activities.
- You will ensure that threats to security and security incidents pertaining to classified information, including foreign government information (FGI), are reported, recorded, and coordinated with the proper authorities.

- Shift work and longer than usual hours may be required while working in support of exercise execution or crisis situations.
- Due to recurring security requirements, incumbent is expected to be on call continuously (i.e. available 24 hours/day) with the exception of pre-approved leave and sick leave, to report to work in response to Current Operations related contingencies.
