Infrastructure Project Manager (Secret Level 2 Clearance)

Location: Canada (Remote)

Duration: : 3 months initial contract (high likelihood of extension up to 12 months)

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects to support an ongoing client engagement. This role will act as a key coordinator between the customer and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and delivery across all workstreams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering infrastructure projects (e.g., cloud, networking, data center, or enterprise IT environments)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and SMEs
• Canadian Citizenship (required)
• Active Secret Level 2 Security Clearance (required)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise or government environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), networking, or infrastructure modernization initiatives
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an asset

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure-related projects from initiation through delivery
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical SMEs
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
• Ensure clear communication, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions as needed
