We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers' computer systems, software, and equipment in the field. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Full-Time Salary Range: $52108 - $83373
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for PC hardware and software, mobile devices, and multifunction devices to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 11, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, to provide expert-level support to customers and internal teams
- Develop and deliver training programs to users on new software and systems, including Office 365 and Windows 11, to ensure effective utilization
- Manage and close tickets within approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and ensure accurate records to support business operations
- Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions, and develop strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma, 2 years work experience and 2-3 years customer service experience.
- Experence working in customer service to onsite and remote customers
- In-depth knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 11, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
