Job Description
Position: DOORS Administrator
Location: Remote, US
Length: 6 Month Contract
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process Development: set up processes for authorizing and creating DOORS modules, compliant with contractual and security policies
• Set up processes for authorizing and assigning user roles and permissions
• Implement above module creation and role/permission assignment processes, compliant with contractual and security policies
• Content Development: Develop “Wiki” or Confluence-type pages for: FAQs, Best Practices, Processes/Procedures
• Exporting from DOORS: support publishing from DOORS by defining and deploying processes or workflows which enable the exporting of different engineering artifacts from DOORS.
• Admin: support users of DOORS in the creation of exports
• Create accounts & projects
• ID, define necessary/to-be-implemented, communicate, and perform DOORS updates.
Qualifications:
• Experience as DOORS Administrator.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, technical environment.
• Demonstrated experience responding to “help” calls for support end-users.
• Experience with publishing with exports from DOORS:
