Job Description
Manage a Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Analog environment.
Manage mobile telecommunications such as iPhones, iPads, (Mobile cellular wireless device(s), Mobile Wi-Fi, and hands-free communication devices such as Vocera.
Have or acquire advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
Develop Telecommunication documentation for operational sustainment.
Manage telecommunication projects for new telecommunication technology.
Keep up (continuing education) or obtain required certifications per DoD 8140 for privileged level access: Security+, CISCO Call Manager certificate.
Assemble technical documents and providing detailed analysis of various business system functions using Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, PowerPoint and Visio.
Monitor and assign tickets to the telecom team within ServiceNow.
Display proficiency in ITIL Incident Management.

Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical skills.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as foster a cohesive team environment.
Good communication skills, both oral and written. As this position requires working with colleagues across the IT department, as well as clients to fully understand the client’s needs.
Ability to interface with high-level government/military personnel and proactively translate and document high-level business needs into functional requirements.
Demonstrated success operating in either an enterprise-level corporate or military headquarters environment.
Education/Experience:
At least 1 year of telecommunications experience.
Certification(s): N/A
Clearance:
Must have a confidential security clearance and be able to maintain.
