BAE Systems Intelligence & Security division is seeking qualified candidates to join our team in Washington DC as part of a national strategic effort in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Strategic Planning and Response for China (SPARC) program. As part of this effort you will be contributing to the integration of resources that are needed to compete with, deter, and - if necessary - defeat the Peoples Republic of China (PRC).

Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Position Description:
- Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk
identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment,
software, facilities and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems. - E nsures alignment with NSS/NDS for peer competition, incorporating stakeholder validated China Crisis priorities (NDS 2026; NSS 2025).
- Possesses an Intelligence Planning background that allows for effective planning of
intelligence support across the spectrum of intelligence activities. - Maintains (weekly) a matrix of all available resources (within DIA, across the DIE, etc.) and
contingency factors that may drive staffing requirements. - Coordinates a planning team that tracks intelligence requirement drivers, ensuring both the
foreseen needs and potential staffing solutions to support those needs across the CMG
operational spectrum.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of relevant management experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Demonstrates ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.
- Demonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e.g. Undersecretary level or higher).
