RSC2 is currently looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team in Aberdeen, MD!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Independently provide support as an Operations Specialist to an entire organization or major components of an organization.
• Manage staffing and tracks internal and external suspense's and correspondence with designated functional areas of the organization.
• Define and document processes into standard operating procedures or other written procedures.
• Assure integrated and coordinated short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning on projects and tasks.
• Initiate, develop, revise, recommend, and implement policies, plans, procedures, and directives.
• Identify existing or potential problem areas within the area of operations and recommends corrective action.
• Advise leadership pertaining to assigned program, briefing preparation, and objectives.
• Collaborate internally and externally and provides advice and support to the organization leadership, staff, and program managers on any assigned programs/projects for stakeholder engagements, briefings, reports, etc.
• Accomplished detailed planning for complex management projects, issues, and initiatives. Provides support for risk analysis and tracking of cost, schedule, performance of projects/programs.

Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• AA or 2 year technical school
• A minimum of four (4) years related experience.
• Comfortable with receiving minimal direction, technical guidance, and leadership necessary to accomplish the mission.
• Possesses knowledge of organizational planning, risk management, and program analysis. Tracks and ensures responses to all tasks received across the organization.
• Possesses knowledge of the planning process and project management.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,702 to $118,790 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
