Position: All Source Analyst (Senior)
Location: Beale AFB, CA
Clearance: TS/SCI
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Master’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.
Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Technical Expertise: Proven advanced skills in exploiting and reporting data from multi-domain sources, data mining, and utilizing IC databases. Experience with cryptologic analysis and production .
• Adaptability: Familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence and expertise in domains such as Space, Human Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and DoD/IC applications.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional oral and written communication, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for working both independently and collaboratively.
• Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinate mission activities across multi-ISR domains with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders. Collaborate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) on current operations, long-term/short-term analyses, and ISR mission planning. Provide expert insight into foreign military capabilities and defense issues while addressing Request for Information (RFI) responses. Ensure compliance with AF DCGS tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as applicable directives. Mentor lower level analysts. Interact and brief senior military leadership.
